Service Description: Relax Ferry Service provides scheduled speedboat passenger transfer services between islands in the Maldives. Tickets are issued per seat per trip on the selected route and date.
Delivery Policy: E-tickets are delivered to your registered email address instantly upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is required. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure. A 50% cancellation fee applies. No refund for tickets cancelled within 24 hours of departure or for completed trips.
Import/Export & Customs: No import/export restrictions or customs duties apply to speedboat passenger transfer services provided by Relax Ferry Service.
Privacy Policy: We collect personal information (name, contact details, passport/ID number) solely for the purpose of booking and ticketing. Your data is transmitted securely via SSL/TLS encryption and is not shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your booking. Payment card details are processed by BML Connect and are never stored on our servers. You may contact us at thoddooferry@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
Security: All payment card details are transmitted securely via SSL/TLS encryption through BML Connect. We implement appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorised access to cardholder information.
